enjoyable stay with quick access to riverwalk and civil war museum

I loved how close this hotel was to the Columbus Riverwalk, just 1.5 km away, which made for some lovely evening strolls, and the National Civil War Naval Museum was under 4 km from my room, perfect for history buffs like me. The staff were friendly, and the lounge had a great menu and drinks to unwind after a day of walking around, but I did notice that the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly during my two-night stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering a fitness center, 24-hour reception, and a great bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff guided me to my destination, and they even helped me with transport once! I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was pretty comfortable. The bed felt nice and clean, but the sofa bed wasn’t the best for lounging, kinda stiff. The view was decent, but nothing spectacular. I appreciated how quiet the room was overall. Just a heads up, could hear some noise from the adjacent rooms. Bath amenities were decent too, nothing fancy but did the job.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard in Phenix City. The location by the Chattahoochee River is lovely. The room I booked was the King Room with Sofa Bed, and it was spacious and clean. The outdoor seating area by the pool offered a nice view, perfect for relaxation. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I enjoyed the vibrant decor in the common areas—it really adds to the overall atmosphere. I noticed some underwhelming dining options during my stay, though. It would be nice to see a microwave in the room for convenience, as well as a greater variety of food choices on-site. There were a few maintenance issues. I found some burnt-out light bulbs in my room that needed attention. Still, my experience was mostly positive, and I would return.

my stay at courtyards was great! the location is perfect, just across the pedestrian bridge from columbus. parking was easy, and the king room with sofa bed was spacious and comfy. the restaurant staff went above and beyond, especially gary, who made us feel right at home. the breakfast options were delicious, too!
